Beyond providing all customers with best-in-class teeth whitening and oral care products, The Smile Bar Malaysia is committed to giving top-notch service, as well — and that includes the fulfillment of all orders. Before shipping, we check every order to ensure that the products are in perfect condition.

The Returns Policy is a summary of the rights and responsibilities of both The Smile Bar Malaysia and its customers, in the event that there are concerns about orders.

Returns Eligibility

In the event that there are any damages or defects on the products, please take a photo of the issue and send it to us with the order details through

Below are the conditions for eligibility for return:

  • The products must be:
    • Unused,
    • In the same condition that you received it, and
    • In the original packaging.
  • We require a receipt or proof of purchase.

The issue must be reported to us within seven (7) days after you have received your purchase. Beyond this window, requests for an exchange or a refund will no longer be accommodated.

Shipping costs are non-refundable for all refund requests. If a refund request is approved, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from the refund. Furthermore, the customer shall shoulder the return shipping costs incurred when returning an order.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance when sending items with a total combined value of over RM 400 Since shipping is done via a third party provider, we cannot guarantee that the order will be returned to us. If we do not receive the order, we cannot process the request for a refund or an exchange.

If the products have any defects or damages, we will proceed to an exchange. If we will require you to return the order, the return shipping costs will be shouldered by us. Kindly note the turnaround time for you to receive the exchanged product may vary depending on your delivery location.

Refunds & Exchanges

The Smile Bar Malaysia will notify you via email once the returned order has been received and inspected. You will also be advised of the approval or rejection of your refund request via email.

If the request is approved, the refund will be processed immediately. You may expect the refund amount to be credited back to you via the original payment method within days.

Late or Missing Refunds

Please be sure to check your credit card or bank account for the crediting of your refund.

If you do not receive it within a week, please contact the credit card issuer or your bank to follow-up. Kindly note that financial institutions have varying turnaround times for clearing and posting, so you may also ask them when you can expect the refund to be credited to you.

Sale/Promo Items

Products purchased on a sale or a promo may not be refunded or exchanged. Only regular-priced items will be accommodated.


Only products with manufacturer damages or defects will be exchanged. Please send us an email at with the following:

  • Photo evidence of the damages or defects, and
  • Order reference number.

If the order was marked as a gift upon purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will mail you a gift certificate that you can use for another purchase.

However, if the order was not marked as a gift upon purchase, or if the gift-giver had the order shipped to himself/herself to personally give to you, the refund will be issued to him/her. This means that the gift-giver will be informed of the return.


If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, a second delivery attempt will be made without additional shipping charges. Please advise us of the correct mailing address by sending an email to

If The Smile Bar Malaysia is in any way responsible for the delivery failure, redelivery fees will not apply.
